Following our announcement that Zengo is acquiring Minke, we’ve created a step by step guide to show you how to migrate your assets. Follow the steps below and you’ll be set up with one of the easiest and most secure wallets in crypto!

We’ll soon add a video tutorial you can follow along with. However if you prefer text you can follow the guide below

Step 1: Download Zengo

Download the Zengo app through the link above which will help the Zengo team identify that you’re moving your assets over from Minke. Questions? Chat with Zengo's live 24/7 support or email [email protected].

Step 2: Setup Your Zengo Wallet Security

Go through the steps to set up your Zengo Wallet. Instead of a seed phrase, Zengo secures your wallet with advanced MPC technology: Over 1 million customers and 0 wallets phished or taken over, ever!

To do this you will need to:

  • Enter and verify your email address

  • Enable Face ID (or equivalent)

Step 3: Create Your Recovery Kit in Zengo

Open the Security menu on the bottom right of the Zengo App. Press the Complete Recovery Kit button. You'll be prompted to complete a 3D FaceLock in order to further secure your account and prepare it to receive your assets from Minke. This FaceLock is private, anonymous and cannot reveal your identity. It should take 10-30 seconds to complete.

Step 4: Get your Zengo address to Receive Assets

Press the two-arrow menu at the center-bottom of your screen and select Receive.

Select the asset Polygon - MATIC by pressing the QR code symbol to reveal your address.

Press the Copy button to copy your address to your clipboard

Please note you can only send assets on the Ethereum and Polygon networks to Zengo. If you'd like to migrate Binance Smart Chain assets please use a service like Changelly to swap your assets to Ethereum or Polygon assets and send them to Zengo.

Step 5: Go to Minke and Select the Asset you want to send

  • Press the ↔️ arrow button on the bottom of your home screen

  • Press the Send option

  • Paste the address your copied from Zengo in the text field that says "Address or ENS"

  • Press Send button under the text field once it turns blue

  • Choose the asset you would like to send

  • Press the MAX text or enter the amount of the asset you would like to send

  • Once the send button turns blue, press it.

  • Let it process until the modal disappears, thus confirming the transaction was successful.

Step 6: Repeat for All Remaining Assets

Follow Step 5 again for all your other Ethereum and Polygon assets

Please note you can only send assets on the Ethereum and Polygon networks to Zengo. If you'd like to migrate Binance Smart Chain assets please use a service like Changelly to swap your assets to Ethereum or Polygon assets and send them to Zengo.
